Paint Pro Supplies honors all manufacturer warranties on new merchandise purchased here. There is a 25% restocking fee of purchase price for items that are returned that are not defective. Special order items cannot be returned. Customer needs to pay shipping charges on a return and get a RGA (return goods authorization number) prior to returning item. If the item is defective, we will issue a UPS call tag to have the item returned to us and we will resend at no charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Thank You.
